We guarantee shipping within 1-2 business days of receiving order. If for any reason we can't ship within that time frame, we will let you know what's causing the delay.

We do our best to make sure every product is ready to sell at your retail space. However, If we happen to make a mistake then we will ship you the items that were missing or faulty. Please send us an email to let us know!

Yes, please let us know if you'd like a sample first. We will send you one free of charge so you can make sure it's the right product for your retail store. We also allow you to order in quantities as few as 1 item. This allows you to start with a smaller quantity order to test Gnarly Dood out in your store.

We love to participate in climbing competitions and special community events. Please let us know when your gym or store is having an event and we will try to attend or send over some giveaway items!

Gnarly Dood is actively participating in community events and partnering with climbing associations across the U.S. We have partnered with the Salt Lake Climbers Association, International Climbers Festival, and more. We have donated product to the Colorado Outward Bound School to help raise money for youth being introduced to outdoor activities. We are excited to give back when we can, please let us know if there's an opportunity available for us to donate.

We are also constantly making decisions to create a more eco-friendly product. This includes our eco-friendly packing bags, non-plastic hanging tags, reuse of shipping boxes, and use of durable long-lasting fabric.
